Alisyn – Chiropractic Assistant
I’m Alisyn! I’m a middle child of 6 but feel like I’m more of the eldest in some ways. I’ve grown up in West Wichita since childhood; however, I lived in Manhattan for a few years while attending Kansas State University where I learned a lot about Horticulture and the care of plants.
When I’m not working I enjoy having movie nights with my friends or visiting my many nieces and nephews. I also like to make jewelry and have been trying to get back into sewing recently. What I found interesting about chiropractic when I was looking for this job was that Full Circle took a more holistic approach to their care. They really focus on the root cause of any pain or discomfort you may have and skillfully provide gentle care that helps aid those issues. I have seen several videos online about other, more intense techniques that other chiropractors use and it can seem a little intimidating. I truthfully hadn’t considered chiropractic care before I started working here at Full Circle. Once I saw the more targeted and gentle methods they use, as well as the benefits they provide, I was open to receiving chiropractic care. I can genuinely say that I have felt the difference even though I didn’t feel as if I had any issues that needed to be addressed in the beginning.
I had thought my health was well taken care of, but it turns out that there were a lot more underlying issues that I hadn’t noticed my body was covering up. I found it surprising how simple adjustments can really affect how your whole body performs, and I am thankful that I have gotten the chance to learn more about chiropractic and am looking forward to learning even more here!
